




**Description:** Main responsibilities Develop, review, and update reception team work schedules for review and validation by the area’s coordination. Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual working hours, and operational needs. Monitor absences, shift swaps, and team reallocation needs in collaboration with the area’s coordination. Support coordination in forecasting demands and staffing requirements. Monitor and track operational and administrative indicators for reception areas. Assist in creating, updating, and implementing internal procedures. Track incident tickets, pending items, and follow-ups related to reception/intake team services. Ensure adherence to deadlines and critical workflows. Collaborate with the area’s coordination to structure, map, and optimize administrative and operational workflows. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance service efficiency. Oversee task distribution among teams and support prioritization (service queues, contingencies, account closures, and billing protocols). Ensure clear circulation of information requested by area management across all shifts’ reception/intake teams. Centralize knowledge regarding bureaucratic and operational demands, facilitating staff daily routines. Organize documents, reports, and supporting materials. Facilitate communication among management, interdepartmental teams, and other company areas. Provide ongoing administrative support to reception/intake teams. Participate in internal and external audits, organizing required information and evidence. Contribute ideas that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between coordination and operational teams, ensuring alignment. Communicate information, updates, and instructions in a structured manner.
