You will join **Randon Consórcios**, a unit within **Rands**, the Financial Services vertical of Randoncorp. **\#VocêNaRandoncorp \#SomosRandoncorp \#Rands** **Responsibilities and duties** **As a Junior Analyst, your role will be broad, focusing on operations, analytics, and continuous improvement:** * Analyze customer and collateral registration data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with policies; * Execute and monitor the contract and collateral formalization process, ensuring compliance and quality; * Analyze and assess appraisal reports, ensuring information reliability; * Monitor collateral composition, validity, and values; * Monitor and act upon process SLAs, proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Generate, analyze, and interpret operational data and reports to support decision-making; * Support audit requests and contribute to action plan implementation; * Collaborate on applying and improving policies and procedures, with a focus on risk mitigation; * Identify opportunities for improvement, proposing and supporting initiatives for optimization, automation, and innovation; * Participate in and support departmental projects and company-wide strategic initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this opportunity, you must have:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields; * Interest in and affinity for data and indicator analysis; * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge; * Familiarity with data tools (Power BI is desirable); * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Attention to detail, especially when analyzing registration and documentary data; * Good oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience (even academic) with operational processes; * Knowledge of the consórcio business (movable and immovable assets); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.); * Experience with automation; * Exposure to registration analysis or data quality; * Investigative mindset and data orientation; * Strong willingness to learn. **Additional information** **Do you know Rands and Randon Consórcios?** Rands is the brand representing Randoncorp’s Financial and Digital Services vertical.
