About the position **Position:** External Sales Representative **Company:** Reforma Sul **Area:** Residential painting, facades, and renovations **Work Model:** On-site / Field-based **Schedule:** Full-time **Vehicle:** Company-provided car for work purposes Key responsibilities * Conduct **proactive prospecting** of new clients. * Visit condominiums, commercial buildings, businesses, construction firms, and property management companies. * Identify appropriate target audiences for residential painting and renovation services. * Contact building managers, custodians, property management companies, and property owners. * Identify opportunities for construction projects, maintenance, painting, and renovations. * Schedule technical visits and commercial meetings. * Present the company, its services, and competitive advantages. * Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and contract closures. * Maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Record commercial data—including contacts, visits, and opportunities—in internal tracking systems.
