




Job Summary: Responsible for check-in/check-out, providing courteous guest service, registering reservations, and supporting front desk organization, all in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and efficient in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp guest service 2. Support in organizing the front desk and ensuring smooth service flow 3. Resolving inquiries and assisting with various guest requests Perform check-in and check-out courteously and efficiently. Provide information about the hotel, services, operating hours, and general guidance. Attend to guests in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. Register reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system. Support front desk organization and ensure smooth service flow. Resolve inquiries and assist guests with various requests. Follow internal procedures and quality standards. After gaining experience, salary increases to R$ 1.848,00 + 10% cash-handling bonus.
