Preventive maintenance of painting equipment **Description:** Clean parts using compressed air and/or cloth or sandpaper, verifying that parts meet specifications prior to the painting process. Select the required paint according to production sequence, work instructions, standards, and formulas to proceed with the painting process. Apply paint to parts using an air spray gun, inspect painted parts, and perform finishing and touch-ups as needed to meet customer-agreed standards. Perform texturing in required areas using chamois, sponge, or the spray gun itself to proceed with the painting process. Clean the spray gun by disassembling the equipment and using acetone for preservation and preventive maintenance. Assist immediate leadership and/or peers from other departments by performing tasks as requested and instructed, ensuring adherence to customer-agreed deadlines. Conduct visits to customers, suppliers, service providers, or distributors using company vehicles and identification to understand processes, implement improvements, or adjust products. **Compensation Notes:** Compensation to be negotiated based on experience.
