FULL STACK DEVELOPER (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL) \> 100% On-site position / Full-time shift FIELD OF ACTIVITY: Information Technology RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and analyze requirements together with requesting departments, understand end-users' specific needs, and translate them into technical specifications for software solution development; Plan, organize, and document all project stages, ensuring traceability, version control, and alignment with defined objectives; Model and implement relational and/or non-relational database structures, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability according to system requirements; Develop front-end and back-end solutions, and conduct unit and integration tests, ensuring quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with technical and functional project requirements; Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems, driving continuous improvements while ensuring long-term stability and performance; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies and version control tools; Maintain an organized workplace, contributing to a collaborative, productive, and healthy environment.
