Job Summary: Electromechanical maintenance professional responsible for ensuring the proper operation of industrial equipment and machinery through preventive and corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Prompt response to electrical and mechanical maintenance requests 2. Focus on production optimization and minimizing downtime 3. Inspections and diagnostics of electrical and mechanical equipment Respond promptly to electrical and mechanical maintenance requests, identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and seeking effective solutions; Install new machinery; Assemble or overhaul mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance, as directed by coordination; Prioritize maintenance tasks while continuously monitoring production process progress; Perform lubrication on industrial equipment; **Carry out scheduled corrective maintenance:** planned, preventive, and predictive; Request procurement of parts and equipment according to required specifications, in coordination with management; Manage maintenance work orders under personal responsibility; Propose solutions to minimize machine downtime due to maintenance; Record repairs performed, parts replaced, and maintenance time for control purposes (work order); Participate with suggestions to resolve problems and implement improvements; Conduct routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of electrical-electronic and mechanical machines and equipment; Perform electromechanical maintenance on industrial machinery, as well as maintenance on general company installations and equipment involving electrical and mechanical components requiring advanced expertise due to higher complexity; Perform installations and interventions as needed, replacing parts and testing replaced or repaired components; Configure soft starters and inverters; Adjust machinery; Prepare technical documentation when required; Perform activities in compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures; Use personal protective equipment appropriately and maintain it properly; Keep the workplace clean and organized; Perform related tasks as required by the company. , Mandatory Qualification Industrial Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
