Ability to identify and acquire new customers **Company Description** We are an electronics retail chain located in major shopping malls across the metropolitan region. **Position Description** We are looking for Sales Representatives to join our team; positions are available in Novo Hamburgo/RS. This role is responsible for serving customers, providing product information, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, updating sales records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Sales and Customer Service:** Experience in sales techniques and customer service, with a focus on delivering an excellent buyer experience. * **Relationship Building and Communication:** Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * **Customer Prospecting:** Ability to identify and acquire new customers, as well as strengthen existing partnerships. * Additionally, we value education in administration, marketing, or related fields, and familiarity with sales management systems.
