The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting tax-related tasks, such as issuing and recording fiscal invoices, calculating taxes, and generating tax payment slips. Additionally, the candidate will participate in procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, managing inventory, and negotiating with suppliers. Solid knowledge of tax legislation, proficiency in Excel, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. Assist in tax control and calculation, including ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS. 3. Review and verify fiscal documents to ensure accurate tax calculation. 4. Maintain an organized and up-to-date company archive of fiscal documents. 5. Verify and issue purchase orders. 6. Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers. 7. Obtain quotations for products and services. 8. Monitor the delivery flow of purchased items. 9. Assist in inventory control and physical inventory counts. 10. Provide supplier and customer support when required.
