Job Summary: Installation Supervisor to coordinate and execute electrical, plumbing, gas, PEX, and fire suppression system installations on residential construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the team and inspect service quality **JOB: Installation Supervisor – Residential Construction Sites** **Location:** Novo Hamburgo/RS **Employment Type:** [CLT or PJ] **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM MC3 is hiring an **Installation Supervisor** with proven experience in **residential construction sites**. The professional will be responsible for coordinating and executing electrical, plumbing, gas, PEX, and fire suppression system installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and service quality. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the field installation team * Ensure execution in accordance with technical drawings * Request materials and control installation stages * Inspect service quality and safety * Material takeoff * Ensure activities comply with safety regulations **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an installation supervisor or team leader on residential construction sites * Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, gas, PEX, and fire suppression system installations * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong interpersonal communication * **Reside in Novo Hamburgo or nearby region (mandatory)** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical degree in building construction, electrical engineering, or plumbing * Experience reading construction schedules and daily logs * Knowledge of quality assurance processes * Completion of FVS/FDV forms Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Novo Hamburgo or nearby region?
