We have an opportunity for a **Production Assistant \| Screen Printing** position at **Soprano Thermal Utilities**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support in the screen printing process according to production orders, removing parts produced by machines, performing visual inspections to identify stains and defects, verifying colors against established standards, assembling components, packaging, labeling, and organizing parts in designated areas, as well as conducting counts to meet established targets; * Immediately report any abnormalities in machine operation to ensure quality and machine availability; * Ensure accurate completion of all process-related documents in accordance with company standards and procedures; * Propose process improvements aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and lowering costs; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Perform tasks safely, using all legally mandated and required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with internal occupational health and safety policies and regulations; * Carry out additional duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or internal demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: * Completed elementary education. * Reside in Farroupilha/RS. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** **5:00 AM to 3:03 PM** **Benefits That Care for You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy environment begins with care — for the present and future of our employees.
