Job Summary: A General Maintenance Services professional responsible for minor building repairs, masonry and plumbing maintenance, and environmental upkeep. Key Highlights: 1. Perform minor maintenance services on furniture and plumbing. 2. Assist with construction, renovation, and masonry painting tasks. 3. Experience and knowledge in building maintenance (masonry and plumbing). ### **General Maintenance Services** **Work Location:** Av. Getúlio Vargas, No. 3915 – São João Batista Neighborhood – São Leopoldo (Superlegal Brinquedos Headquarters). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform minor maintenance services on tables, cabinets, and plumbing (e.g., door repair or unlocking, screw tightening, replacement of wooden slats in pallets, unclogging sinks and washbasins, etc.); * Assist with construction, renovation, and masonry painting tasks (e.g., wall and floor repairs, tile restoration, roof repairs, leak fixes, waterproofing); * Yard cleaning and grass cutting; **Requirements:** * Prior experience and knowledge in building maintenance, specifically minor repairs/maintenance involving masonry and plumbing; * Must reside near the company or have easy access to the location; * Must be available for travel to maintain stores across the network (RS, SC, and PR); * A valid driver’s license (Category B) is a plus; **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: R$ 1,902.25 + 20% (hazard pay) = R$ 2.239,71 **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria (R$ 2.99 per day); Transportation allowance (mandatory 6% deduction); Health insurance plan (available after 3 months — terms per company policy); Dental insurance plan (R$ 15.46 per month — available after 3 months); 10% discount at Superlegal network stores; Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * On-site cafeteria * Dental insurance plan * Doctor Clin Health Insurance Plan * Transportation allowance
