If you identify with our story, join our team! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Cutting tooth slots on saw blades according to drawing specifications; * Applying rubber coating to saw blades; * Polishing saws; * Blasting parts; * Drilling and counterboring holes on milling cutters; * Inspecting part quality at the end of each process step, verifying holes, insert fitting, polishing, and blasting; * Providing support to other departments when required; * Performing insert replacements and soldering/filler applications when necessary; * Manually adjusting the machine by aligning the grinding wheel to the saw blade, adhering strictly to drawing dimensions; * Sanding and grinding burrs from parts when necessary; * Monitoring volume and cleanliness of coolant fluid in the machine tank; * Supervising and training new employees; * Participating in the development of new products, raw materials, and supplies; * Observing and implementing instructions related to ISO 9001:2015; * Completing production and quality worksheets; * Cleaning and organizing the workplace; * Performing other duties as requested and directed by your immediate supervisor; **Requirements** -------------- **We seek professionals with:** * LID – Drawing Reading and Interpretation; Metrology; * Completed elementary education. **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career!
