Responsibilities: - Development of visual concepts, advertising campaigns (print or digital), and brand design; - Organization and formatting of key visuals, visual concept presentations, and related deliverables; - Ability to present projects to internal teams and clients; - Knowledge of video animation and digital media placement (a plus); - Experience working on branding, performance campaigns, and UX (key points). Requirements: Experience in art direction, preferably within advertising or digital communication agencies. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere and After Effects are a plus). Creativity, up-to-date visual repertoire, and passion for the digital universe. Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency to manage multiple demands. Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Cinema, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. Desirable: 3–5 years’ experience (Pleno) and at least 1 year (Junior) as an advertising Art Director in advertising agencies or companies in the sector. Additional Information: Open positions in RS and SP. Hybrid work model: 3 days remote and 2 days onsite. Creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
