Pessoalize RH is an HR-specialized company offering consulting and people management services. **Responsibilities:** Will work within a hospitality network performing the following functions: Structure and improve the company's procurement process based on a procurement system. Conduct quotations with multiple suppliers and carry out negotiations, evaluating quality and cost-effectiveness. Work on cost and waste reduction. Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice entries. Support and guide local teams handling emergency purchases. Develop procurement rules, standards, and best practices for replication across units. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
