Its goal is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Invoice and bill analysis and approval. Verification of invoice accuracy and completeness. Negotiation of payment terms with suppliers. Processing of supplier payments. Bank statement and accounts payable ledger reconciliation. Investigation and resolution of discrepancies and errors. Maintenance of financial records related to accounts payable. Compliance with company financial procedures and policies. Assistance in preparing financial reports. Previous experience as Accounts Payable Assistant, Accounts Payable Coordinator, Financial Analyst, or Payment Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
