Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Laundry Assistant to handle the entire process of washing and organizing linens. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on linen control and care We are the Recruitment and Selection team of Rede Drops, Brazil's largest motel chain, with units across 7 states. We currently have an opening for a Laundry Assistant at our Drops Caxias do Sul unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Responsible for sorting linens, performing the entire washing process, transferring linens between machines (washer, centrifuge, and dryer), folding, packaging, and storing linens in the linen room. Responsible for linen control, care, and weekly inventory counting. We Offer: Base Salary: R$ 1\.685,20; After probation period: R$ 1\.892,00 Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance: Fuel Allowance is R$ 300.00 per month Meal Voucher: R$ 250.00 per month * Attendance Bonus: R$ 130.00 * For your well-being, we provide life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). Working Hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; exact shift timing to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty Bonus based on tenure: 25% of monthly salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance Bonus Program: Bonuses awarded every six months based on performance. Shift: Rotating shifts — availability to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts is required.
