Identification of opportunities for improvement in sales processes METADATA Metadata \- Caxias do Sul Headquarters ### **General Information** Caxias do Sul \- RS Description Provide support and assistance in developing the Sales team by delivering training, instruction, guidance, and field coaching to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity, through: * process analysis and modeling, as well as potential restructuring via AS IS x TO BE; * analysis and monitoring of Call Reviews and Role Plays; * provision and monitoring of applicability of instructional content on sales methodologies, products, and processes; * maintenance of Playbooks and sales scripts; * implementation and maintenance of Onboarding, Ramp-up, and Ongoing scripts; * communication, engagement, and interactivity within the Sales operation. Activities 1\. Create and develop training materials for the sales team. 2\. Analyze and promote effective use of sales tools. 3\. Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions. 4\. Collaborate with marketing teams to align commercial messaging and communication strategy. 5\. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities. 6\. Support onboarding and development of new sales team members.
