Preparation of reports and data management **Description:** **Field of Study:** Engineering and/or related fields **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Educational Requirement:** Currently pursuing Postgraduate Studies **Desirable:** Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in this role or similar Driver's License Category B Perform activities under frequent guidance; Carry out standardized tasks requiring application of basic techniques; Support engineering activities in the areas of projects, construction, planning, maintenance, operations, production, water and wastewater treatment, and final disposal of sanitation systems; Support technology development and application for the company; Support diagnostics and technical and environmental feasibility studies; Provide technical advisory support to company units on matters related to the analyst's field of expertise; Support preparation of water and sewage network, drainage, sanitation, and pumping projects; Monitor the operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs); Plan activities with the objective of achieving optimal results; Track area-related performance indicators; Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and charts for the area, compiling data for monitoring under supervision; Complete and issue internal department documents and requests in accordance with established standards and criteria, sending them to relevant departments and individuals; Maintain up-to-date administrative controls within the analyst's area of responsibility, conducting studies and performing surveys, analyses, scheduling, verifications, and calculations as part of administrative activities; Provide customer and supplier support by resolving inquiries, providing information and guidance, or directing them to appropriate personnel; Perform activities and provide support across all subsystems within the analyst's area; Administer services via the integrated system; Disseminate information regarding policies and procedures to professionals in the area, ensuring compliance; Provide customer and supplier support by resolving inquiries, providing information and guidance, or directing them to appropriate personnel; Operate vehicles used for work activities efficiently and safely; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and proper use of personal and collective protective equipment; Organize and maintain the department's filing system to safeguard documents and facilitate access; **Commitment to the following areas:** Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Safety; Perform other tasks related to those described above, as determined by the organization and according to the immediate supervisor's instructions 2511020202231626205
