Fleet Supervisor

Description

**Work location:** On-site – Salgado Filho neighborhood, Caxias do Sul/RS. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Technical Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate/advanced Excel (essential for KPI management). Experience in supplier management (tires, maintenance, parts, etc.). Management of preventive and corrective maintenance, even when outsourced. Practical knowledge of truck functionalities and specifications for supplier evaluation. Experience in managing financial and operational fleet KPIs. **Responsibilities:** Manage all fleet-related activities for the unit, ensuring vehicle availability and maintenance. Administer revenues, costs, and documents associated with fleet management. Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, tire costs, fuel consumption, and fleet performance. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate external contracts/maintenance services. Present departmental results and KPIs to senior management. Implement disciplinary measures for drivers, when necessary.
