We seek a Procurement Analyst with technical, analytical, and communicative capabilities, who will take responsibility for structuring and improving the company's procurement process. **Key Responsibilities** * Structure and improve the company's procurement process using a procurement system. * Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and conduct negotiations, evaluating quality and cost-effectiveness. * Reduce costs and waste. * Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice entries. * Support and guide local teams conducting emergency purchases. * Develop procurement rules, standards, and best practices for replication across units. Requirements: **Desired Profile** * Hands-on, organized, and process-oriented. * Strong communication skills and ease in negotiating with suppliers. * Ability to work in a growing environment with processes under development. * Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement. * Experience with quotation processes, supplier negotiation, and supplier management. * Experience with procurement systems or ERP. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Willingness to work on-site. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in procurement within the hospitality, tourism, or service sectors. * Experience analyzing procurement KPIs. * Willingness to travel occasionally to units.
