




The company is seeking a Tax Analyst professional in São Leopoldo. Personal RH is a human resources specialized company, offering comprehensive solutions for people management. Focused on organizational development, the company assists in optimizing processes and enhancing human capital. **Responsibilities:** Verify incoming (suppliers) and outgoing (customers) invoices, validating tax information. Verify correct application of CFOP, CST, ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS tax rates. Control and record invoices in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Identify tax inconsistencies or errors and request corrections from suppliers or customers. Support accounting and finance departments in document control and tax organization. Maintain updated fiscal registration records for customers and suppliers. Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and verification reports. Monitor basic legislative changes that directly impact invoice issuance and receipt.
