Join us in building the future! **Responsibilities:** Develop, configure, and execute **multichannel campaigns** (e\-mail, SMS, push, in\-app) within the Oracle Responsys platform. Create **automation programs** using **Program Orchestration**. Build templates using **HTML, CSS, and AMPscript\-like (RPL – Responsys Personalization Language)**. Create and manage **segmentations**, filters, and targeting rules. Analyze campaign performance, perform optimizations, and monitor metrics. Integrate Responsys with other internal and external platforms via APIs and data feeds. Monitor and implement deliverability best practices. Collaborate with CRM, marketing, technology, and product teams. Perform troubleshooting for campaigns, journeys, and workflows. **Mandatory Requirements:** Proven experience with **Oracle Responsys**. Proficiency in: * **RPL (Responsys Personalization Language)** * **Program Orchestration** * Advanced segmentation and targeting * Building responsive templates (HTML/CSS) Knowledge of **REST APIs** and integrations with other platforms. Experience managing and manipulating databases (importing, segmenting, data feeds). Knowledge of **deliverability** and email marketing best practices. Experience running omnichannel campaigns. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
