Strategic support to managers and employee assistance **Opportunity: Generalist HR Analyst** **Your Responsibilities:** * Interface with external accounting for payroll and labor charge closing. * Full management of recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes. * Training, onboarding, and internal communication initiatives. * Strategic support to managers and assistance to employees. **What We Are Looking For:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. * Practical experience in HR subsystems and HR administrative routines. * Proactive attitude and focus on process improvement.
