File organization and invoice data entry. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mailbag closing, verification, and dispatch, as well as correspondence sorting and distribution; * Enter invoices from suppliers and carriers; * Organize invoice files; * Supply the branch with office, hygiene, and cleaning materials; * Manage and close the branch's attendance records within HR-defined deadlines; * Manage receipt and dispatch of HR documents for branch employees (e.g., medical certificates, onboarding documents, etc.). **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in the field; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
