PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill positions according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4606\.75 **Unit:** Rua Luiz FrancescuttiPioneiro \| Caxias do Sul RS \- 95042595 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and actions to promote SEST SENAT's services and acquire customers, driving the institution's vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector audience. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School (or higher education degree). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration. c) For higher education degrees, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Valid National Driver's License, Category “D”. **Proof required:** Copy of valid driver's license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within its validity period). **Proof required:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN's BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **Proof required:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration details (start and end dates, if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience; b) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of activities carried out; c) Copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
