Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace **Shipping Clerk \- Shift 1** **Details** Responsible for packaging, loading, and shipping parts and equipment, performing proper product packaging to ensure correct quantity, integrity, and quality of all shipments. **Responsibilities** * Receive, process, and store equipment and parts destined for sales, warranties, and trade-in programs; * Perform follow\-up on orders for equipment, parts, warranties, and trade-in programs with the warehouse and factory; * Perform optimized load calculations; * Carry out packaging processes for parts, warranties, and trade-in programs; * Request pickups, crane services, and perform cargo and vehicle weighings; * Coordinate shipment sequencing together with the shipping team; * Conduct double\-check routines on materials and equipment prior to shipment; * Release shipments and perform photographic documentation; * Load equipment, parts, warranties, and trade-in materials; * Work collaboratively and perform other duties as required; * Comply with company procedures and guidelines; * Provide reliable and objective information; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
