Job Summary: We are seeking a leader of complex projects who breathes innovation and serves as a Scrum Master, managing the full project lifecycle and coordinating stakeholders to deliver high-impact results. Your Responsibilities: * Lead projects classified as critical and strategic, with high operational and financial impact on the organization. * Manage the full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, risks, costs, quality, and communication. * Coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment and commitment throughout all phases. * Define and execute fallback plans for high-risk scenarios, ensuring operational continuity. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective) within development squads. * Remove impediments and shield the squad from external interference during the sprint. * Empower Product Owners to focus on product discovery and prioritization by absorbing project management activities and Sprint execution responsibilities as Scrum Master. * Promote continuous improvement of development and delivery processes. * Implement and operate the formal governance framework: project classification by criticality, risk analysis, Go/No\-Go criteria, and scope control. * Maintain up-to-date records of decisions, assumptions, constraints, and lessons learned for each project. * Ensure scope changes undergo formal evaluation and approval processes. * Ensure compliance with the organization’s current security, compliance, and quality policies. * Structure and distribute regular status reports to direct stakeholders and the executive team. * Maintain tracking dashboards with KPIs for performance, schedule, active risks, and pending decisions. * Ensure all parties have sufficient information to make agile and secure decisions. * Proactively communicate deviations, blockers, and emerging risks, proposing mitigation alternatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Active Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) — preferred. * PMP, PMI\-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification — preferred. **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software projects with operational and financial impact. * Proven experience in complex projects involving internal teams, clients, and vendors. * Hands-on experience as Scrum Master in product development squads. * Track record of coordinating external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
