Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for strategic and operational management of the company's digital operations, ensuring sales performance, process efficiency, and excellence in customer experience. Key responsibilities: * Supervise sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service. * Set sales targets, plan digital campaigns, and manage brand positioning. * Manage and coordinate teams across marketing, technology, customer service, and logistics. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as conversion rate, average order value, ROI, and customer satisfaction. * Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of outsourced services. * Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing new tools, optimizing processes, and tracking digital market trends. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. Prior experience: e\-commerce, digital marketing, or online operations management. Technical knowledge: e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Nuvemshop, VTEX, Magento), CRM, ERP, and data analytics tools.
