Description

Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting, preparing, and organizing materials for drying and part injection, ensuring quality and production flow. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and organization of materials for drying and injection 2. Control of injection processes and flash removal 3. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization * Verifies the need for material drying, adhering to the internal control table. * Submits reports when material is ready/mixed, stores it in carts, and labels them. * Inspects part injection processes, paying attention to their characteristics, required quantities, and raw materials to be used. * Performs tasks such as inserting inserts into molds and removing flash from parts. * Applies mold release agent to molds to facilitate part ejection. * Records produced quantity on the work order and authorizes process commencement. * Maintains a clean and organized workplace, as well as equipment and tools used. * Meets manufacturing priorities, supporting production flow. , Relevant experience in this role
