Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of processes The plastic products department is seeking an Injection Molder in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Perform duties as an injection molding machine operator, performing simple adjustments and monitoring the production cycle. Collaborate in productive activities with a focus on meeting deadlines, quantities, and product quality. Assist in assembling plastic parts and components according to defined standards. Contribute to departmental organization and promote continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Previous experience as an Injection Molding Operator, Injection Technician, Mold Adjuster, or Injection Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
