We are seeking a SENIOR PROCESS ANALYST \- ANA RECH UNIT **SHIFT:** 1st shift: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (220 hours per month) **\#joinusMarcopolo \#futureofmobility \#movingchangeseverything** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define manufacturing and assembly processes according to SQDC criteria; * Design factory layouts; specify machines, equipment, or fixtures; * Analyze time studies and identify improvement opportunities; * Perform labor, activity, and equipment balancing; monitor production lines and critically evaluate new products; * Calculate and assess technical scrap; * Develop and implement Industry 4.0-focused projects; * Conduct cost reduction studies and related calculations; * Suggest improvements to current products; * Simulate factory plants virtually. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** We believe in and invest in the potential of those who embark on this journey with us.
