Cyncly is embarking on an exciting journey as we continue expanding through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading technology-focused private equity firms. **About the Role** As a Junior Support Analyst, your mission will be to assist our customers and representatives by delivering excellent support, clarifying questions, and resolving issues related to the usability of our software. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets to clarify questions or provide support regarding Promob Products; * Participate in improving company customer service processes and products; Negotiate priorities and response deadlines with other internal departments. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, IT, or related fields; * Experience in customer-facing roles; * Availability to work on Saturdays; * Comfort handling customers across multiple channels (e.g., chat and phone), managing multiple simultaneous interactions throughout the day in an organized manner.
