This professional will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment and machinery, as well as leading maintenance activities, proposing improvements and innovative solutions for our processes. Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Perform diagnostics and solve technical issues in equipment. Develop performance indicators and maintenance reports. Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Train and develop the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. , Technical or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. Experience in implementing preventive maintenance plans. Knowledge of maintenance management tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Knowledge of occupational safety practices applied to maintenance. **Differentiators:** Experience in industrial environments with limited maintenance structure.
