Job Summary:
An industrial maintenance professional who performs sensitive, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, including advanced diagnostics on equipment.
Key Highlights:
1. Performs sensitive, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance according to PCM
2. Conducts advanced technical diagnostics on industrial equipment
3. Configures, calibrates, and maintains measurement and control instruments
Perform sensitive, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance according to PCM
Conduct advanced technical diagnostics on industrial equipment (pumps, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, motors, heat exchangers, tanks, and related equipment)
Perform corrective maintenance with root cause analysis to mitigate recurrence
Interpret mechanical, electrical, control, and industrial automation diagrams
Perform diagnostics and maintenance on electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems
Configure, calibrate, and maintain measurement and control instruments (transmitters, valves, solenoids, indicators, and controllers)
Perform alignment, balancing, and assembly of rotating assemblies and bearings
Conduct vibration analysis for equipment condition assessment
Follow PCM routines, recording work orders and controlling materials
Perform minor welding tasks to support maintenance activities
Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;

Compensation: Starting from R$3.500,00 per month
