Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning, sanitization, and organization tasks—essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment. If you are dedicated and proactive, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Delivering menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* BRL 1,574.00 for the first 90 days \| After probation: BRL 1,630.00 \+ 40% Hazard Pay \*Meal Allowance (after 3 months):\* BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance:\* BRL 200.00 for Araricá and BRL 250.00 for other cities * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
