With a focus on security and innovation, the company aims to optimize the purchasing experience for consumers and merchants. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via our channels: WhatsApp, Chat, Tickets, Email, and phone. Administer and manage support interactions and tickets. Identify issues during customer interactions, analyze critical cases, and resolve inquiries. Escalate critical cases to the responsible team and track ticket progress. Analyze data and generate reports upon client request. Proactively collaborate with other Safe2Pay teams to implement customer-focused initiatives. Provide basic integration support to developers. Deliver high-quality support to Safe2Pay customers to ensure satisfaction targets are met. Create and update technical processes in the team's knowledge base. Participate in internal team alignment meetings. Previous experience as a Junior Technical Support Analyst, Help Desk Assistant, Level 1 Support Technician, or Customer Support Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
