




Job Summary: Provide support to resellers by resolving issues, clarifying technical questions, and logging requests with the development department. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the development department Handle reseller inquiries via chat and phone to resolve issues; clarify and address technical questions about the system; log bugs or change requests with the development department; perform internal testing on equipment to validate functionalities. Currently pursuing a higher education degree in IT-related fields. Basic knowledge of computer science, operating systems, and computer networks is desirable; familiarity with databases (Access, SQL Server, and Oracle); introductory knowledge of Secullum systems.
