




An accounting firm is seeking a Customer Success Analyst in Raposos. Quorum Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions. It offers recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via WhatsApp (Take Blip), email, and Pipefy, resolving inquiries and tracking requests, managing tickets and internal processes. Act as liaison with accounting, tax, legalization, and HR departments; support onboarding of new customers; perform registrations and updates in systems (Pipefy, Nibo, spreadsheets, and CRM); and contribute to improving the customer experience.
