It offers recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via WhatsApp (Take Blip), email, and Pipefy, resolving inquiries and tracking requests, managing tickets and internal processes. Act as liaison with accounting, tax, legalization, and HR departments; support onboarding of new customers; perform system registrations and updates (Pipefy, Nibo, spreadsheets, and CRM); and contribute to improving the customer experience.
