ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Responsible for delivering customer service that delights and ensures an extraordinary conclusion to the customer experience. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Operate the system to process sales transactions; * Follow standard procedures for submitting spreadsheets and other information to the commercial and finance departments; * Submit support tickets to resolve any issues requiring technical assistance or back-office support; * Make bank deposits at the company-designated bank; * Conduct weekly inventory counts of supplies; * Place purchase orders for non-productive materials; * Respond via e\-mail to inquiries related to cash operations and store activities; * Process and monitor manually entered sales, ensuring transaction completion and shipment dispatch to the carrier; * Verify and manage direct mail packages; * Receive customer payments via cash, PIX, check, and credit card; * Ensure complete customer registration; * Execute all sales, exchange, and return processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * High school diploma or equivalent; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with sales systems; * Prior experience as a cashier. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Financial and Meal Benefits** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher – For greater autonomy, choose between the Meal Allowance (usable at grocery stores for meal preparation) or the Meal Voucher (usable at restaurants and cafés).
