Technical support for connectivity and network configuration Administrative Assistant **Public-Facing Service**: \- Customer service via chat (WhatsApp), phone, and in-person at the office. \- Addressing inquiries regarding internet plan subscriptions, both via chat and in person at the company. \- Assisting customers who visit the company physically in resolving issues related to their services; \- Registering new customers and scheduling visits. **Schedule and Appointment Management**: \- Opening and closing internal or external service orders. \- Recording and tracking requests and demands, ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up. \- Engaging technical teams to support customers. **Financial Process Support**: \- Cancellations; \- Assisting general customers with financial matters; **Customer and Technical Support Assistance**: \- Supporting and assisting external operational teams (Field Technicians) and third-party technicians. \- Conducting connectivity tests and applying technical solutions to resolve issues; \- Configuring routers, setting Wi-Fi network names and passwords, and performing port forwarding when necessary. \- Monitoring open tickets to ensure resolution within established timeframes. \>\>Must reside in São Leopoldo. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM, with a 1-hour break. (Availability to stay beyond scheduled hours when required) Monday to Friday.
