Perform food sanitation, cutting, peeling, and portioning. Ensure kitchen, utensil, and equipment cleanliness and organization. Assist in dish assembly when required. Restock ingredients and supplies during service. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
