Perform food sanitation, cutting, peeling, and portioning. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Assist in plating when required. Restock ingredients and supplies during service. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
