Job Details * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional area: Logistics * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–17:30; Friday, 07:30–16:30 (1-hour break) * Salary: To be negotiated Benefits Transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, and medical assistance / R$ 303.60 hazard pay Responsibilities and duties Inspect received materials, verifying quantities, integrity, and purchase order specifications against those recorded on the invoice. Identify internal materials using labels and external materials using identification plates. Optimize and adapt storage facilities to ensure rapid and efficient movement and distribution. Inspect and record invoices for supplies and frontline items. Manage and control all material dispatches from the warehouse, including delivery records. Maintain up-to-date stock movement records. Monitor materials stored at construction sites. Notify the responsible engineer via email when material-related issues arise. Verify that equipment/tools loaned to subcontractors or employees are operational upon delivery and return. Organize and send documents (e.g., invoices, vouchers, receipts, third-party documents) to the administrative department via courier; organize and store materials according to CM (Materials Control) and construction site layout. Control material inventories per CM (Materials Control) through monthly system Mobbus audits (best practices); follow up with suppliers to effectively monitor and organize product delivery schedules, tracking dates in the system; manage receipt and dispatch of equipment and tools. Requirements and qualifications Prior experience in this role is desirable, along with knowledge of civil construction materials and their various units of measurement and conversions. Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with software systems used for material intake and dispatch.
