We offer recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Map and document the company's internal processes. Analyze failures, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in processes. Create and implement operational procedures and standards. Monitor process performance indicators. Evaluate the production flow of cutting, sewing, inspection, and shipping. Identify production delays. Develop production process flowcharts. Standardize inspection and shipping processes to prevent errors. Suggest improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Previous experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
