**Job Opening: Technical Process Analyst – Machining** **A leading company in cutting tool management and comprehensive solutions for the metalworking/machining industry.** **Work Location: FLORES DA CUNHA – RIO GRANDE DO SUL** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Model:** On-site **Salary Range:** BRL 3,000.00 – BRL 4,000.00 **Benefits:** Health and dental insurance, meal/food allowance (VR/VA), transportation allowance (VT), tuition assistance, life insurance. **Key Responsibilities** * Update contract attachments and add new items as required by technical demand; * Prepare quotations and budgets, and track approved orders; * Develop and maintain up-to-date tool drawings and process sheets; * Monitor consumption, cost per part, and out-of-trend items; * Plan and conduct technical tests, recording results according to internal standards; * Provide technical support to customers regarding machining-related requests; * Maintain Kanban inventories, monitor non-moving items, and support process improvements; * Ensure contract compliance with actual consumption. **Requirements** * Completed high school; Technical or Technologist degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Experience in **machining**, **reading and interpreting engineering drawings**, **CNC machines**, and **basic calculations** (including percentages). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, engineering drawing interpretation, 2D drawing software, and machining processes. * **Preferred Qualification:** Technical courses in relevant areas.
