With over 90 years of history, the STIHL Group develops, manufactures, and sells portable motorized tools for the forestry, agricultural, professional gardening, cleaning and maintenance, construction, and domestic markets. **Position:** Internship Position for Technical and Higher Education Students. **Number of Positions:** 12. **Location:** Activities will be conducted in-person in São Leopoldo. **Eligible Programs:** Administration \- Human Resources Management \- International Trade \- Logistics \- Statistics \- Engineering \- Agronomy \- Mechanical Technician \- Mechatronics Technician \- Electrical Technician **Internship Areas:** Human Resources, Manufacturing Engineering, Research and Development, Infrastructure, Tooling, Sales Planning, and Materials Planning **Monthly Stipend:** BRL 1,895.00 (for students who have completed less than 50% of their program) to BRL 2,790.00 (for students who have completed more than 50% of their program). **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, on-site cafeteria, transportation allowance (VT), and chartered transportation, among others. **Selection Process Steps:** Group Interview \- Group Dynamics \- Individual Interviews \- Medical Examination \- Documentation and Contract Signing. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, either from 7:30 AM to 2:20 PM or from 10:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **Desirable Qualifications:** \- English language proficiency; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- Knowledge of AutoCAD; \- Knowledge of Power BI; \- Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th semester of the aforementioned undergraduate programs; \- Minimum availability of 1 year for internship; \- Valid enrollment eligible for internship; \- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
