




Company is hiring for the position of **Commercial Coordinator.** **Requirements:** * Experience in the role; * Reside near the São Luiz neighborhood. Responsibilities: * + Define, create and monitor detailed goals (revenue targets, representatives, regions, segments). + Manage external representatives: track visits, pipeline, feedback and results. + Develop new stitchings or technical projects for clients. + Execute and create market research strategies for new products or services. + Pre\-approve credit and commercial terms within predefined ranges. + Handle customer complaints, assist analyst in providing ideal responses to customers. + Monitor competition and suggest adjustments to policies. + Validate new leads: decide on assignment to representatives or internal nurturing. + Train team and representatives: catalogs, stitchings, policies and sales scripts. + Conduct weekly/monthly alignment meetings with representatives and analyst. + Hold production team accountable for quality when issues arise. + Validate registrations and orders in CRM together with Analyst. + Request weekly performance reports. + Monthly meeting with Management (KPIs, risks and opportunities). + Develop giveaways, internal campaigns and monthly messages to customers. + Evaluate development costs and set selling prices. + Develop and maintain service and product catalogs by segment. + Approve marketing campaigns, website, social media and events.
