It provides resources, information, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and growing companies. **Responsibilities:** In-person and remote technical support for clients. Hardware maintenance and replacement for computers, notebooks, and servers. Software installation and configuration (Microsoft, AutoDesk, etc.). Operating system formatting and reinstallation (Windows / Linux / Windows Server). Network and USB printer configuration. User and group administration in Active Directory. User and email administration in Office 365. TCP/IP network, router, and networking equipment support and configuration. VPN and firewall management (Fortigate and pfSense). Backup log verification and incident resolution. Previous roles such as Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical IT Support may indicate familiarity with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
