





**TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST** Company specialized in management software in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, install and configure software; * Provide user support (on-site at client locations and online); * Diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Conduct user training and validation testing (on-site at client locations and online); * Monitor service requests and perform preventive maintenance; * Escalate complex issues to specialized teams; * Report feedback and suggestions to the development team. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Reside in Novo Hamburgo or nearby region; * Knowledge of networks and hardware (desirable); * Knowledge of taxes/taxation (advantageous). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,000 to BRL 2,500 + on-call duty and overtime pay * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **On-call shifts on rotating schedule (paid as overtime and on-call duty) AFTER PROBATION PERIOD:** * Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM * Sundays and holidays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment type: Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2,000.00 - BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
